For global organizations, it can be a huge undertaking to efficiently and effectively introduce thousands of  global engineers and project teams to technical applications that can help them in their work. Equally challenging, is the effort required to keep everyone up to date on what’s new throughout the years.

For Knovel, it is important to showcase examples where customers have worked with us to overcome these difficulties, and to showcase best practices to organizations undergoing similar issues. One such example comes from Ingersoll Rand, a Knovel customer for over five years.

As Ingersoll Rand moved away from the capital-intense, heavy machinery profile of their past, engineers and engineering managers needed up-to-date technical and engineering reference information across a wide range of topics. In response to this global need for 24 x 7 access to reliable technical information  and tools, Ingersoll Rand’s  Engineering  Global  Services team turned to Knovel.

We invite you to read our Customer Spotlight with Ingersoll Rand to discover how they effectively implemented Knovel into their global business units and have streamlined their communications to integrate Knovel into the workflow of engineering communities.
